How to order

Select the products then you can add them in the shopping cart with the following methods:
1.1. Regular – Click on the product to view the detail then you can add the quantity and select the option (if available) then click “ADD TO CART”.
1.2. Shortcut - Mouse over on the product (grid view) then it will display “Add to Cart”, “Wishlist” and “Compare” then click “Add to cart”, but if the product is required the option it will redirect to the product detail page, then you follow 1.1.

After you’ve selected the products, you can make an order by the following method:
2.1. Click “Shopping Cart” on the top menu bar, it will show your shopping list. You can update the quantity here or use “Discount Code” or use “Gift Voucher” here, then click “CHECKOUT”.
2.2 If you click “Checkout” on the top menu bar, it will direct to the checkout process (you will skip to use discount code, or gift voucher).

Checking the membership status
3.1. If you’ve already logged in, you will go on the next step.
3.2. If you are the member, you can log in and go to the next step.
3.3. You don’t want to apply a member, you can check “Guest Checkout” and then click “CONTINUE”.
3.4. You can be our member with 2 methods:
3.4.1. Select “Register Account” then click “CONTINUE”.
3.4.2. If you have a Facebook Account, you can register via Facebook by click on the button above “Connect using Facebook”.

Account & Billing Details - If you logged in as a member, you can select the prefer account detail on the list, or click on “I want to use a new address” to create a new address then click “CONTINUE”.

Delivery Details - If you logged in as a member, you can select the prefer delivery detail on the list, or click on “I want to use a new address” to create a new address then click “CONTINUE”.

Delivery Method – Select your preferred method then click “CONTINUE”.(If you have an order amount over the free shipping criteria, it will show “Free Shipping” in this step).

Payment Method – Select your preferred payment method and check “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions” then click “CONTINUE”.
- This step will display the summarized detail, click “CONFIRM ORDER”, after that we will send an email to your inbox (the subject will show an order id, that you will use it for bank transfer method). If you selected “Paypal”, now it will redirect to paypal website and make the payment.
Payment Method

Bank Transfer(only for the order that’s delivery in Thailand) – After you’ve transferred, please notice us with the following methods:
1.1. Attach the transferred evident and email to sales@jumbochoice.com with an order id and the bank that you’ve transferred (An order id will show on the confirmation email’s subject).
1.2. Click “Contact on the top menu” (Select “Information->Contact Us”) and input the following detail below.
1.2.1. Your Name
1.2.2. Order ID
1.2.3. The transferred bank name
1.2.4. Time(approximately) and Date that you’ve transferred
1.2.5. Amount (with 2 decimal)

For paypal payment (Credit card payment or paypal), you will not notice us for the payment. You can pay via paypal and you must agree to pay the payment fee (0.3USD + 3.9%) of total sales.
- After we’ve checked the payment, we will handle your order within 3 business days and send you back the tracking code after we delivered.
Out of Stock
Unfortunately if you have paid for the products those are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via telephone or email. So you can change the item or receive a gift voucher that has the value equal the out of stock goods' value.
But if we cannot contact you, or you don't confirm to change the item, that means you agree to receive a gift voucher.
